  RUDE AND BAD SERVICE. I was on my lunch break and I went to the counter to order, there was no one in front of me. I asked the waitress how long would it take to get a sandwich to go and explained I was on a time limit. She told me 10 minutes. After 20 minutes had gone by I politely asked the waitress how much longer it would be. She developed an attitude and verbally let me know that it would be done when it was done. She went back to the area where the man was making the sandwich and you could hear him through out the coffee shop yelling about how dare a customer rush him. After it had taken 25 minutes my sandwich arrived with the owner or manager and waitress yelling at me about rushing him to prepare a sandwich. I told him I would not return and left. Truth be known if I had not paid for the sandwich when I ordered it, I would have left much sooner.

  RUDE!!!!!. I visited this place a couple of times and I was hoping for a different outcome each time I went, because I heard such great reviews on this place and I’m not at all impressed. I do not like the smell of smoke when I’m walking up to the entrance. Personally, I think they need to have a smoker’s section away from the coffee shop. Second, the employees and the owner are very rude. They do not greet you and make you feel welcomed when you come in. They have attitudes and it seems to me that they do not want to be there. Last but not least, they are RACIST. I even watched the owner go off on an innocent girl and her boyfriend who did absolutely nothing wrong. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I DEFINITELY will not be coming back ever again. They are unprofessional and they need to learn how to talk to people.

  Disrespectful. I visited this place with my best friend last week. No one greeted us at all. We sat at a table. Waitress came and asked did we want anything we told her at the moment no we didn’t decide yet. She went to the manager and stated we gave her attitude. Manager then came over and told us to leave. And begin to yell and belittle us without even asking what happened or if we were ok. I will never recommend this place or go back even though he said we are no longer welcomed. So unprofessional. I was nothing but nice and calm when I talked to waitress.

  Great end to Date Night!. We were looking for a nice place for coffee and relaxation. This is the place! Great coffee, pastries, sammies, beer and wine. Great atmosphere with music books and games to enjoy plus free wifi!

  Went to pick up lunch…….. Wanted to try a new place nearby and found Achille’s Art Caf. I went in and asked for a menu, I was told the menu is written on the wall. After that I was promptly ignored by the short man working there. There were only four guests in the restaurant but I guess thats too many??? Needless to say, since they don’t want my business, they won’t ever get it again!

  Love it. Nice and quaint. The latte was great. The owner ash was so sweet. Tucked away in metro west. My husband and I loved the food. It was very fresh. Wine tasting Fridays. 🙂

  Good food great atmosphere. Absolutely love this place, can’t wait to go back!! I had the Achilles Sandwhich (their specialty) and it was fabulous and very filling while i sipped on some Moscato…eventually moved over to the cozy couch and played cards…had a great time!!
