JB Kitchen & Bar opened its doors in February 2010 and emerged as one of Brickells newest illustrious neighborhood restaurants. This 5,000 square foot establishment offers an array of American classics with Latin influences and an emphasis on fresh local ingredients. A quintessential indoor and outdoor restaurant that features a timeless U-shaped bar and private outdoor terrace, JB Kitchen & Bar imparts a warm, casual and inviting environment with a delectable and entertaining menu that offers something for everyone. Executed in collaboration by Chefs Frederick H. Kelly and Jeremy Fernandez, the menu features Rock Shrimp Tempura, Ceviche Nikkie, JumboLump Crab Cake and Honey Mustard Wings, along with an array of salads and sandwiches. Entres are traditional with a twist of modern flair and innovative flavor, including a 12 oz Bone-In Filet Mignon, Pan Seared Salmon, Seafood Papardelle and Chicken Marsala, served with sides such as Truffle Parmesan Fries, Lobster Mac & Cheese and Asparagus Bearnaise.
