Rude, disrespectful and potentially complicit in theft. My credit card number, not the card, was stolen and used at this establisment. Out of courtesy and to mitigate their losses, I called to inform them of the disputed claim. It took almost 5 minutes to get someone who speaks English. When I did speak to someone, she suggested I was lying and stated they are not the police. When I asked her name, she hung up the phone on me. I called back and was called honey and told to be calm. I protested to being called honey, and the phone was hung up again. I would not recommend customers to use their credit cards there. I certainly would not even set foot in there because their phone manners must be indicative of their customer service.

Fort lauderdale. Great place for a cuban native, such as myself, but it is about time Sonia hires some waiters that speak english aswell as a real bartender, in two ocassions I have been to the restaurant with non-spanish speaking friends and relatives and our table has not been properly serviced due to the fact that no one in the staff speaks english, thank god I was there to translate!!. During my last visit not only was the sea food not poperly cooked; I overheard my waiter telling another waiter to explain to her customers that the only drinkds I available at bar were margaritas and corona since anyone there knew how make any other drink or cocktail; finally after being totally disapointed with the service the waiter forgot my change, I complaint to Sonia and she brushed off. This is my third and last time at this place… enjoy!!

Horrible smells. Moronic service. Untrained staff. Can’t even make a simple Alfredo sauce, instead they used jarred alfredo. Gross. Sonia, the owner was very rude and unprofessional. Overall my experience was a terrible one.

Benny ela. My wife and I had a fantastic time at Sonia’s. The Yellowtail, and the Langostginos, were fresh and very deliciious. The music, and the waitresess singing (real good voice), was a very nice experience.Like having fresh fish and a show all for the price of one.The place is different, not luxurious, but with a lot of atmosphere. Can not wait to go back.
