Taking Comfort Food to the next level!. Chef Michael Mina has done it again! Located in the lower lobby of the famous Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel, Miachael Mina 74 is a wonderful American bistro. A lounge feel, dark yet comfortable, romantic yet masculine conductive to a night out in the town. Food carts parading around the tables before you order, tempting you into a flavorful evening. Our servers name was Thalia, and she was wonderful, personal, professional and very entertaining. The mixologist at the bar are incredible. Try the Mojito Guarapo or the Barrel of Monkeys, excellent! Why I say comfort food to the next level? Bone, Marrow, Lamb Meatballs, Lobster Potpie, Moroccan Short rib and much more. One of the things that impressed me the most was Chef Thomas Griese, he would go from table to table talking to all guest making sure that everyone was happy, NOW THATS FIRST CLASS SERVICE! I will return, I will recommend, I Love Michael Mina 74!

Chic, modern, trendy atmosphere, high ceilings with beautiful chandeliers, aviator chairs and interesting combination of textures make the interior design of 1826 unbelievable! Every dish was a piece of art by itself! The chef is a master of mixing different ingredients and flavors . My favorite was the king crab, mushrooms with lobster, avocado salad and chocolate banana dessert. Portions are petite and perfect for sharing. You can try several dishes in one dinner. Anyone would be truly amazed with the food, service and beautiful grand decor! The hottest spot in Miami!!!Oxana K.
