I had a staff dinner there. There were 11 of us so they put us in the private dining room. The server recommended the chef’s choice dinner for a party our size and we were VERY happy he did! The chef’s choice dinner consists of about 4 course but is made up of about 10-12 dishes. We had a mix of everything and it was ALL delicious! The best part of the meal was probably the grilled octopus. I’m not normally an octopus fan but this was cooked to perfection. Along the way we had 3 types of salad, yellowtail sashimi, truffle flatbread, grouper, and NY steak. We finished the meal with homemade powdered donut holes. Holy smokes were they good! If you get this I highly recommend pairing it with the espresso martini. They service was absolutely perfect too! Super attentive. Very knowledgeable. Easy going. Awesome experience.
Service was fantastic. The servers are always looking for ways to make your experience better. Food was very well done. It is a bit pricey. But, I think the experience and ambiance are worth it.
Being a guest at One Hotel, Beachcraft was onbvoous choice. The service is good and the food is fresh and well made. However it is not superb as it is a bit pricey for the offering.
Was staying at 1 hotel south beach so I tried both breakfast (a la carte menu) and dinner (Miami Spice menu). Breakfast wasn’t too bad both regarding the food and the service. Dinner was nice but the restaurant gets way too loud that everyone just keeps getting louder and louder to be able to talk which is quite annoying when ur with a group. The food was quite nice and packed with flavour – in fact probably too much flavour for some of my group member’s tastes cause they believed the seasoning or sauces simply covered all traces of the main ingredient whether that be fish or chicken. The skirt steak is way too tough to enjoy it properly unfortunately and desserts – the panacotta didn’t have the right consistency but the semi freddo was just right.
