Ate here for lunch in a Sunday, and the service was great. Likely it would not be as good at night since the sidewalk traffic makes seeing customers in need and delivering food more difficult. My filet mignon was wonderful, potatoes and mushrooms very tasty. My husbands steak sandwich was lacking though. I did like the atmosphere and the place was very clean.

I went to this restaurant a second time in a week. First with a friend from out of town and we enjoyed glasses of wine while listening to the great live performance of Ghaleb on the terrace. Yesterday I went with my partner having a romantic dinner outdoors. Admittedly this spot attracts me very much because of the live performance and spacious terrace. However our dinner was very nice too from beginning to the end. We shared a delicious ceviche and oysters for appetisers accompanied by a Pouilly fume. All fresh and tasty. For the entree we decided to share the cowboy steak which was huge even for two people. It was cooked to perfection and melted in our mouth. The service was good, attentive when needed, chatty and friendly. Just the right mix. I would recommend Bice for a romantic dinner.
It is my first visit in South Beach. I’ve been to amazing little gems where service is amazing. Bice was a total disappointment. The food was fair, no complaints there. But the service was horrible. The place was half full and there were enough waiters. We just couldn’t get service. They attract you in with their coupon, but will ignore it when you leave it on the table and have to remind them, while they take another extra 15 minutes to bring you your bill. No wonder the gratuity is included, I wouldn’t have left a dime. Seriously, I’ve been to much better places. Avoid it if you can.
