Fantastic Italian!!. I LOVE this place. Beware of the tourist trap deal scams. IE: cheap cheap meals during happy hour with purchase of drink (drink is @25) The food is authentic Italian, which is hard to find where I live, the seafood is fresh, the service is fast and friendly. I could eat here every day. The caprese salad, beef carpaccio, linguine carbonara and linguine frutti di mari are to DIE for. I would come back to Miami just to eat at all the fantastic Italian restaurants.
Typical tourist scam
Food was pretty good. We had penne with salmon. Our waiter had a crappy attitude that we ordered water and shared a meal.
Beware of their bait and switch scam! Their hostesses lure you in with their $15 steak special of the day, advertised on a huge sign at the entrance. When the waitress describes the specials, you order the one advertised at the door…. Or so you think, until you end up with a $115 dish on your bill. When you try to clear up the mix-up, they insist that you failed to mention certain nuances to distinguish the dish you ordered from the one you got. And they have the nerve to include gratuity in the bill! And to charge $20 for mojitos! Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
It was ok. Good location for watching the crowds go by, nice breeze from the ocean. Get drinks during 2:1 happy hour, couple of apps and enjoy.
Breakfast is reasonably prices. Alcoholic beverages kind of expensive, however, it is worth it to have a cocktail in order to face a fabulous view of Miami aspect.
