Skirt Steak. Much better steak than most of the upscale restaurants in south beach.13 Nov, 2014Calamari. Fried on clean fresh oil, super crispy outer with fresh squid with an amazing sauce.
Get the skirt steak with chimichurri sauce. I also got the yuca fries and a salad. The fresh bread & salsa was also very good. This place is a must try. Good quality food at reasonable prices. I will definitely visit whenever I’m in South Beach!
I just ate dinner here, it’s a diamond in the rough. Great food at moderate prices. I had the skirt steak, which was good, but when they added the chimchuri sauce it was fabulous. The atmosphere isn’t special, but the food and prices are excellent. Service was good but might suffer if the place was crowded.
We found this super cute place by simply walking down Washington Ave and following our nose. The bakery snagged us but the caf won us over. Two things to know. One, the food is as amazing, genuine, and well made as is possible in the fakest part of the East Coast (Jersey Shore included.) Two, the single server on duty took care of our two top, a twelve top, and a five top all at the same time. We were never neglected, we were cared for, and were able to pay and leave on time- amazing service anywhere in South Beach. Stop reading this and go try them.

LIME CHICKEN. The chicken in lime sauce is to die for. Seriously, try it. My husband and I have eaten here several times, and we’ve attempted to change up our choice of dish to try to add some diversity, but we’ve given up now. The rest of the food is great, but the lime chicken is incredible. Family-run restaurant, with student-friendly prices ($9-13 for most entrees).
