I am a professional reviewer and this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The hostess/waiter sat us but as I type they have not returned to the table. How do you expect to be successful when you don’t even ask your customers what they would like. This is not a singular experience. This is one that betrays what true customer service should be. I come to Miami often and this will not be an establishment in which I will be frequenting ever again. My only hopes is that the actual owner of this establishment is savvy enough to read the reviews from customers to build on their product. Doubt it, but I hope…
Do not patronize this place. They have deceptive business practices and price gouge. They do not honor prices online at their retail locations. The prices at locations are double in certain circumstances and will not honor prices offered online.
