Overrated. Needlessly trendy joint to see and be seen on the smallest tables on earth with mediocre food and drinks at high prices….has the allure and ambiance for beautiful people to get caught up in as it’s overly crowded with perfect bodies, but for a foodie, this is a waste of time….
Today I must say service was a nightmare. Waited 20′ for the check and had to pay cash since their system seems not to be working. Waited 45′ for our sushi and unlike last time it wasn’t very special today… Ice for my (warm) water never arrived despite us being a full hour here. Went down from 5 to 3 stars for me. The host at the front was the most disengaged I’ve met in weeks. Will give it another try, but I think sushi must be terrific like the one we had last time to compensate for a service like this.29 Oct, 2013Creative, tasty, fresh and just perfect for a timeout at Lincoln!. I loved the sushi rolls — we had it as an appetizer — definitely the best sushi in Miami. Great flavor combination, fresh and vibrant (as Gordon Ramsey would say!), creative and still traditionally made sushi. The teriyaki chicken was AWESOME — and I travel to Asia 6 times a year and have lots of Asian food! — not only the flavor, but also texture and how it was cooked. Inside it is very intimate and relaxing and you can have a break from the more touristic side of Lincoln.
Good place for happy hour. Doraku has a great atmosphere. It’s a perfect place to stop at after work for some drinks and sushi rolls! Reasonably priced and yummy. Try the Spicy Crispy Duck Salad! miamiculinarytours.com

Everything was great except the actual sushi which was neither fresh nor tasty. The rolls, seaweed salad and tempura brownie were very good.
