Don’t Believe the Hype. Ahh, what could have been….. First of all, the space is BEAUTIFUL! Unfortunately, it’s down hill from there. The menu has been dramatically trimmed as compared to what they post on line. The real crime, however – was the service. The staff, while pleasant, was entirely uninspired – if not down-right annoyed to be serving food. When I ordered an after diner coffee I was told of the hotel coffee bar and to help myself. When I did (excuse me?) the urn was cold. BUMMER. We returned for breakfast (must try rice-krispie french toast!) and had an only slightly better experience.
