Wrong Order Delivered. No Attempt to resolve!!. I ordered wings and ham fried rice for delivery. After waiting 1 hour and a half, my order arrived and was WRONG. I received wings and standard white rice (which I do not eat). I called to advise them of the error and have it corrected and the person on the phone was rude. She claims I never ordered ham fried rice then advised they do not sell ham fried rice. I asked her to have another type of rice delivered to me and was told they don’t do delivery for one item. I explained it wouldn’t be one item had it been delivered correctly the first time. I asked to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called again and did not get an answer. I will NEVER order from this place again. I just paid $14 for 6 wings and rice that I cannot eat. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Never again. I work on Miami Beach and will tell all of the employees here not to order from this place.
Sushi is great as long as the order taker gets your order correct. I placed an order for delivery from the menu I have in my apt that I regularly use. I order 2 #90’s and not only did I communicate the #’s in the order but I also stated the item. When the girl on the phone said banana tempura I said no it’s the cheese cake tempura and thought I would be correct. When received my order it was 2 banana tempura which I can not eat due to an allergy. When I called to follow up the girl wanted to argue with me and claim I had the wrong/old menu. I then confirmed with the 2 new menus which were in the 2 bags just delivered and # 90 is cheese cake tempura. Nothing could be done! Not even the correct item sent to me or a sorry or a manager to speak to. I don’t like to waste $ and I expect to get what I pay for and if there is a mistake it should be handled accordingly and corrected. I would have been a loyal customer if the girl simply said I’m sorry for the mistake, it’s Friday night and we are really busy but I will have my driver deliver the correct order in a reasonable time frame. Now I am a very unhappy customer that will not return for business!
2 1/2 hours for a delivery 20 blocks away!. NEVER call for a delivery…. 2 1/2 hours!!! I’ve waited a lot for food but never this much! I was told it was because sometimes it gets busy!!! WTF? is that a joke? Dont offer a delivery if you can make it in less than an hour!! is ridiculous!

Had it for the first time, people said the delivery was slow so I decided to go in and order it Togo. took normal time as if I was waiting in a restaurant eating there, so it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting . The sushi wasnt the best but it was still good. I paid 11 dollars and received 3 rolls ( I got what I paid for). I would go back.
I live just right across this place and placed an order and took an hr and half so I cancelled cause a place w such bad deliver ethics sucks as much as it food.. Thanks but No.. Is ridiculous that a place don’t warn you of delays when is next to you
