  Subpar service, great location. My friend and I went because we wanted lunch on the beach. Note for everyone: BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH. We arrived at 11:30 but we thought it was early and wanted to shop. He wrote my name down and said he would reserve 2 chairs and an umbrella for us. We came back at 1:15pm and he says Sorry ladies, there are no more umbrellas. He offered to bring lunch to us if we sat with another Umbrella company next to them. The spot was great BUT they forgot about us. We had to get someone twice to remind them that we wanted lunch. My friend complained for a 3rd time, then they found an umbrella and offered free desert so we sat back at K17’s beach area. We order our food but did not know that the menu was very limited and that they order food through an unrelated hotel. When our food finally came, the hot items were cold and the fruit was warm. The only decent item was the truffle fries. My friend order honey glazed wings and they brought out plain hot wings that were not on the menu. They guy then said he will go back and place the correct order in. We picked through the rest our food and took an hour long nap and guess what? Still no honey glazed wings. We then left very upset. The location is awesome, the umbrellas are kinda small and the service is horrible because they contract through some hotels kitchen. The workers were very nice and accommodating but I rather go someplace else for lunch on the beach.
