Not so Gluten Friendly. Bad 1st impression. Upon reaching the hostess and asking her if there were GF accommodations in the menu, there was a clear indication that the restaurant doesn’t accommodate for such guests. The hostess first told is she would ask and when she return back , she forgot that we were waiting for her response, she then told us she forgot and would go back and ask . We did not wait for her to come back and left.
Wow!. I stayed at the really nice Hilton Cabana where L’echon is located. I ate several meals there a day for 5 days.FANTASTIC! Really jaw dropping food!!! Nice dining room with outdoor space. Really good waiters and greeting staff. I’ve never been so enthusiastic about a restaurant! Going back to the hotel just to eat most meals at that restaurant! July 16-21st, 2014
