Was here today with family & friends for dinner. For a Saturday evening @ Miami, this place was stone cold. Hardly any crowd. Wondering if this is a day place?? But, the food & the ambience was very good. Ordered for edamame, veg sushi, veggie pizza, fries, pina colada & sangria pitchers. Service was quick & the ambience was classy. An upmarket place to hang out with friends for a nice sundowner…

Not worth the hype!. The only good thing about this place was the music and DJ. The food was decent but was WAY overpriced for both quality and quantity; totally not worth the hype. When we arrived, there was no street parking so my husband and I decided to valet the car, thinking it would be easier and safer. Well, that was completely wrong! It was easier to valet, but it was certainly not any safer. When we finished our lunch and got our car back from the valet, he said it looks like someone tried to key our car. The door handle was broken and the lock was bent. You would think paying $20 to valet your car would mean that it would be somewhat safe. The valet was not helpful and just said these things happen and that there isnt anything they could do about it. I thought it was complete BS and felt that it could have even been one of the valet drivers who bent the lock and broke the door handle, not knowing how to work the car. So I went inside to talk to the manager. All he did was take photos and told us that he would write up a report. We were told there was nothing he could do and that the final decision would be made by corporate. It was a rental car and we had to return it the next day. As of today, Monday, we are still waiting to hear back from corporate. After paying for an overpriced meal, having to deal with our car being returned to us in such condition is unacceptable. Both management and the valet seemed nonchalant about the whole order, never even offered an apology. The manager just said that these things happen and that they have seen worse and that not everyone is honest. I agree that not everyone is honest and wonder if their valet screwed up. On another note, if these things happen, why would you not have better security for your customers??? Why have security cameras on inside of your facility and not the parking lot? I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want to overpay for sub-par food and have your car ruined while in their custody.

Great Brunch. Very impressed with the selection and food quality of the Sunday Brunch. There is obviously a great deal of talent producing this spread.

I was extremely disappointed with the service at Nikki Beach. 20% tip is built in to the bill so I suppose the waitress was fussed with evenly remotely okay service. We had to ask three times for beers, ask a dish boy for a dessert menu and signal the waitress four times until we could actually ask for the cheque. It’s a shame because the Japanese food on the menu is fantastic but very slow to come out. It took us two hours for main and dessert, mostly due to poor service from the waitress. We went on a Saturday night and there was no atmosphere, the place was almost empty. Wouldn’t go back or recommend.
