Bring earplugs. Great food, good service, and gluten free menu. But, an otherwise wonderful restaurant is ruined by VERY loud music. Add to that the noise from the kitchen and a roomful of people trying to have conversations and you have a recipe for eat and run.
Terrible service! We will NOT go back!. We waited over an hour for our entrees. We reminded the server several times, and he kept telling us they would be out momentarily. We had to flag him down each time, as he was ignoring us completely. After over an hour of this, we told them we were leaving and we wanted the check. At this point the manager and the two waiters had a discussion in a huddle, still keeping us waiting! The manager didn’t even apologize or say anything to us. I would strongly urge everyone to avoid this restaurant! We were treated with complete disregard!
Bus boy provided great service and constantly filled my tables water. That was the only good thing about the resto. Food was mediocre – came here for the Miami Spice event. The waiter was alright. The host brought our desserts – but brought the wrong one. I informed him of this and he returned with the correct order and slam/threw it on the table. My dinner guests weren’t pleased. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone. samshimi.com
