Old school restaurant a step away from the beach on Miami Beach. The food is authentic and the wines are well chosen. The surrounds are a bit dark and a tad quirky, but a pleasant place to dine.
Pasta dishes at Osteria del Teatro. Staff bring bread and olive oil right away. Pasta course for the table. Pesto with stuffed cheese and spinach ravioli , fettuccini carbonara and linguini with clams. Service is friendly and full french in service style. Owner came to chat at the end of our meal. Meal was great. However not liking the 18% service charge on the bill. Note to restaurant if you charge a service charge you eat up your staffs potential for real tips. We tip very well however tip service charges are upsetting.
