A convenient tex-mex eatery on Washington, Pepper’s serves the usual tacos, quesadillas, fajitas, burritos etc. I had the Monterrey burrito as a bowl. It comes with nice barbacoa beef, pinto beans, peppers, guacamole, rice, cheese, sour cream, mild salsa and lettuce. I had to add some Cholula sauce for a bit more kick. My wife wet for the seafood fajitas – prawns and fried tilapia on a bed of pan fried peppers and onions, served with guacamole, sour cream and mild salsa. The prawns were nice, but she wasn’t convinced by the fish. We also had the chicken wings with chipotle mayo, which were nice, but nothing special.

Good food… Went and had the flautas and it was okay, needed a touch of salt but it was good. The Pepper burrito was really good I would get it again.
NO WAY!. I think this place is absolute garbage. The food doesn’t taste good at all, and the salsas there are no good. Go to the place across the street called Crazy mexican burrito and you’ll like it a lot more, much more fresh and much better service.
