2 stars only because my boyfriend loved his filet mignon, which was his second dish after the sirloin came out a little over cooked. My fish the hog snapper was the worst I’ve ever had. No flavor at all, I’ll literally has to stuff it down. Ordered the corn Brle and sent it back it was so bad. Also there was a car accident so flashing police lights in our face for the first 30mins we sat at our outside table. I would go back with a group of they wanted a good steak and probably stick to a salad or an appetizer. Nice location and beautiful restaurant. Service was also great. Aside from having a water glass with white crust on it and then a second one that was cracked and almost cut my lip.
Wow! Love it! Went here tonite with my girl and was blown away! Had dozen oysters, crab cake to start along with the bacon, peanut butter and jalapeo jelly to start and ate it all up yum! Next we had the 24 oz. Tomahawk and bone in sirloin. Both were fantastic! Also the gnocchi side and corn creme brle were very tasty. We did the kale and manchego salad with honey chorizo Vin and was very Meh. Honig Sauvignon Blanc by the glass complimented the oysters and my girl had Numanthia by the glass with the steak and looks like I’m getting some tonite! Thanks Justin and his team for making it an unforgettable experience! We’ll definitely be back!
Lovely dining room, excellent staff. But meat itself was not cooked well – filet mignon was ordered medium but came out completely raw in the middle, skirt on the otherhand was overcooked and orange salad too sweet. Clever amuse bouche, nice fluffly bread and good corn brulee – but expected the meat to be cooked perfectly, especially for the price. napolirestaurantalert.wordpress.com
Hmmm…. Lots of competition down here in the steak world. As for QM… medicore food? check. bland ambiance? check. poor service? check. I would be hard pessed to name an upscale steak place in Miami Beach that i would not go to before Quality Meats.
