Worst South Beach restaurant experience. This restaurant has the distinction of being the only restaurant I ever got up after being seated and left due to the surly staff. After many years I decided to return since as a local- I would see others dining as I passed by the restaurant regularly on my way to some of my regular favorites. What a mistake! This place is overpriced and the food is at best mediocre. The staff is still untrained in any professional way for a restaurant that runs $50 or so for lunch without drinks or wine. When a server approaches my table at the very least I would expect a greeting, not a stare and a grunt for me to interpret as asking if I would like to order.Then to add insult to injury they automatically add 20% as a gratuity for this lack of service to a lunch tab!Do yourself a favor, run, do not walk away when you see this place. It is a complete rip-off and I made myself a promise that I will not, ever, return here- and this is from a local!

Worst Service Ever!!! Won’t recommend to anyone!. Service is the worst I have ever received… Not to mention we are locals also. Way over priced… Have had better food not to mention service at my local restaurant then at this place.Waiter didn’t even bother to ask if we wanted to leave him a tip; he just kept it!!! Never again.
Totally unacceptable service. We were part of a group of Canadian Pharmacists and went for dinner on Thursday 21 st Nov.Our bus got there late at 7 pm instead of 6.30 pm and on ther sitting was at 8.30 pm.Only 5 on out table of 8 got their salad in 15 mins and three of us were missed. there too many waiters!Finally after asking 3 differrent waiters I grabbed the manager and we got a salad not the one on our preset menu.45 minutes later I got the right salad, the other2 took the wrong salad they were hungry and did not care what they ate something ,anything.My pasta with veal came very quickly and I was looking for veal but found vey little of it and so did the others.They were trying to get us out of there for the next sitting at 8.30 pm.Our local guide was told by a bunch of us of the shoddy service only then did the manager offer apologies.All in all a very unpleasant experience 1 out 5
Eh, won’t be back. Ate for Saturday night Miami Spice menu…. decent service throughout, great atmosphere, bad acoustics. Regular menu seemed over-priced for small portions, but it is Lincoln Road so should be expected.Miami Spice 2012:Appetizer: grilled calamari > buffata. mozzarella literally from a jar served with 1 crostini. weird. not traditional. Entree: veal > duck raviolini > pappardelle Dessert: both tiramisu and berries w/ cream good. Most definitely would not return outside of Miami Spice for dinner.
Not Worth It!!!. Its a nicely decorated, however they don’t have much to chose from their menu. There food taste like it was FROZEN and put in the oven. Last but not least they will automatically add a 19% TIP to your bill… and it was just 2 of us.
Hype hype hype !!. Not worth the value.Service HOOOOOOORRIBLE.Typical South Beach – Hire some out of work models who never served a glass of water in their life and try to oversell anything they can. (How about a $58 Osso Buco ?) – Go F**K yourself !Having said that ther are some dishes that are delightful. But not worth goin back due to the cummulative experience. Period (I’ve actually been there 4 times due to the Out-of town friends that come in, hear the hype, and think they are going to one of the best restaurants in Miami.)Owner should stick to Nightclub management. Just because you’re Italian doesn’t mean you know something about food that we don’t. (and about service ?? Ai ai ai – Madona !!!Hate getting ripped off !!
