Was expecting a nice dining experience but it ended up feeling more like I was at a McDonald’s. When I asked for more ketchup, I was presented with ketchup in packets rather than in the typical already poured ketchup bowl. Additionally, I ordered the ribs and had to use my water to cleanse my fingers since they do not have wet wipes here, like what kind of reputable rib place does not have wet wipes. I will never eat here again.

I just left the restaurant about 2 hours ago and can’t stop feeling disappointed in this place, let me count the ways: 1. Horrible service 2.wait staff did not know the menu 3. Food took forever to arrive if it did at all, appetizers came after entrees 4. I ordered a Margarita and it was the smallest I’ve ever seen, they charged me $14 for a small full of ice margarita that would have fit into a shot glass nothing like the huge margarita glass they have on display in the entrance 5. Food portions SMAll and over priced, in this page it says the entrees are 10$ or less, that’s a LIE, I paid $18 for a thin piece of meat that I had to send back because it was overcooked, half a cup of rice and lettuce with tomatoes, my wife had to send back her shrimp dish because on the top the cheese was burnt and the inside was cold, we had to send several things back 6. When the bill came we notices they were charging for our water when they were clearly bringing tap water. It was such a horrible experience, DO NOT COME HERE!
Very Good. This place is the old Zekes, and it changed for better. If you liked Zekes you will love Rio Station now. They keept the beer selection with the same price, added food and outside service and they accept credit cards. Very good.
