Sakura 736 offers the best of Nikkei food, which originally derived from Japanese immigration in Peru. The restaurant is elegant and the presentation of its dishes is flawless. Immediately upon arrival we noticed how they have made a great effort to spend on resources that create a unique and superb culinary experience. The ingredients they use are fresh and of top quality. We recommend trying the Paiche, a freshwater fish from the Amazon cooked with wild mushrooms. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff who proved to be truly knowledgeable about the origins of the food they served and added colorful commentary about the way their dishes and drinks were prepared. miamismith.com
