I’ll just pretend this never happened. Had the tasting menu, a dish or 2 were genuinely good, everything else ranging from bad to forgettable. I’m never excited to see tartare drowned in food court plum sauce or grainy strangely thick and heavy flan. Service was no better with dishes landing on our table and explained often after we’d finished eating. Just no interest, care or attention.Combine mediocre food with uninterested service and a hefty price tag, and all you want is to leave, write it off and try to forget it ever happened.I suppose it’s only fair though, it felt like no one wanted to be there that night. The cook(s), waiter(s) or us … never before had I seriously pondered leaving half way through a meal.
Loved it! Especially the wonderful service of Alfredo.
Worst Cuban ever. Not worth it. Mojitos are OK. Ceviche was good. I had a churrasco however, tastless, tough and covered with an unedible sweet onion and a wine reduction that was bitter and tasted like the wine was just poured over. Iasked it to be comped and my bill was still high. I left the place hungry and dissapointed…. Nunca mas! Good luck to you guys.
AAA 4-Diamond Award. De Rodriguez Cuba recently awarded for AAA 4-Diamond award Restaurant in Miami.
Best Cuban Restaurant in Miami!!. I went to visit on a ladies night one thursday- recommended by a friend- and was highly pleased. The bar staff was very attentive and knowledgable. The drinks I had were good, and even better-FREE. After I realized that my drinks were going to be free all night I decided to get a little snack off of their tapas menu. I tried a cheese montadito and loved it so much I ordered another. The ambiance is beautiful and the crowd was interesting. I met people that live here locally and tourists. I loved De Rodriguez so much that night that I decided to go for happy hour after one day at the beach since I was in the area. Again, very friendly environment and I laid out by the pool!Definitely recommend for dinner or just a day spot by the pool.
Excellent!!. It was a great experience. Fell in love with the place. Delicious food especially the Smoked Marlin Tacos, the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it!
THE FOOD AND THE VIEW. I been leaving in Miami for a few years , been to lots of places . But this one is one of my favorites, the food is amazing , sit by the pool and enjoy the beauty , the lights, the music and most important good company, the waiters and staff are on top of the game. I highly recomend their exclusive and delicious tacos, wines are A plus in the place. If you want the best service ask for Jose Mera he will take care of you and make sure nothin is missing
