Best Thai food in Miami hands down. Even if you tried to convince me of another, you’d lose because on top of being the best food, the people there are super nice and you get your food super fast. I just ordered delivery, and it arrived 15 minutes later piping hot fresh and delicious.
A little jewel. We dine at Sawadee at least once a week. It is inexpensive and the food is absolutely great. They are Buddists, so they do not serve alcohol, but you can bring your own. I love the Red Curry and their King of the Sea soup. However, any of the Thai dishes are very good. The staff is very friendly and sweet. It can get cramped at times because the place is tiny (it seats only about 25 people) but most people are regulars and they behave good naturely. No pretense or fake smiles, great food. Bring your own beer and you will have a great time.
This has become my favorite place to go! The best service and food. Love the BYOB policy. Friendly and fun can’t wait to go back.

Great Thai Food. The food is great. The curries are perfect. Everything is good. BYOB keeps the price down. This is a very small place and does a big carry out business. It is worth waiting for a seat, however. The wait staff is quick and friendly.
I’ve been to Sawadee a few times and will continue to do so. It’s a hole in the wall so it’s hit or miss whether it will be full or not. The food is great as well as the service. I asked the chef if he could make a couple well known Thai dishes that were not on the menu and he was more then happy to do it.
Very good. This is food from my culture and very authentic! Will be back!
