Segafredos outdoor tables watching over passerby showing skin make Segafredo an interesting place to share Martinis and Mojitos with your friends. The food isnt spectacular, but it is good. Well prepared drinks, live DJs, and seeing celebrities on Lincoln road is always a good combination. What we liked the most: Quinoa salad with tuna and avocado. miamismith.com

Horrible Bar, Horrible Management, Bartenders & Servers!. If you don’t want to be served by rude, arrogant bartenders who expect over the top tips for pouring less than good drinks without even so much as a smile on their miserable looking faces then avoid this bar completely. Manu and Oscar are the main bartenders, both of them serve customers with an air of superiority as if the customer owes them a favor and if you’re not a big drinker or you come to the bar alone, you will be treated with disdain and made to feel you’re not welcome unless you leave a big enough tip each time!!! As for the management and some of the servers.. a girl called Lisa for one stands around chatting most of the time rather than keeping an eye on her customer’s tables and also comes across as rude and arrogant especially if you’re at a table alone. Again she must be expecting big tips like the bartenders and feels it’s a waste of her time to serve single people!! The management are no better and if you’re a single person you will be made to feel unwelcome and that you don’t ‘fit’ in unless you are part of their ‘in crowd’ of customers!! Josh the newest manager walks around with his nose in the air the whole time and spends more time chatting up tables of good-looking young girls than he does keeping an eye of the rest of the place or listening to customers and trying to build good customer service! Aurica, the only female manager seems more interested in chatting with the other staff than making sure customers are happy and she’s another one with an attitude of superiority when really she needs to come back down to earth and be in touch with customers not make them feel unwelcome just because they’re not part of a certain ‘crowd’!!!! Lorenzo is the third manager and the one with the most experience supposedly having previously managed what used to be Van Dyke’s cafe which was one of the best places on Lincoln Rd for years! It seems since he moved over to manage Segafredo, he is more interested in listening to rude, ill mannered, arrogant, greedy staff he is supposed to be managing than dealing with any customer complaints in a fair minded way.The only server there who is consistently great at his job is the tall, skinny guy who calls everyone Bella!! He is super funny, so sweet, friendly, happy, kind and nothing is too much trouble for him. He makes all the other servers there look like they need an injection of enthusiasm because he is a pleasure to be served by, always!!! The management could do with taking a leaf out of his book too!! The only other good thing about this place are some of the DJ’s who play there but avoid Wednesday nights because the DJ that night plays really old style music and videos but he doesn’t seem to understand that playing music so loud that customers can’t hear themselves speak is really not a good way to attract customers at all!! Nobody wants to sit inside or outside a bar and be deafened by the music after all especially if you want to be able to enjoy your drink and have a conversation at the same time! All in all this is a horrible bar with horrible bartenders, servers and management all except the Server who calls everyone ‘BELLA’ because he’s the only one who treats customers really well!!!!!
