Horrible horrible service!!! After 20 minutes, we still didn’t have our coffee. We finally found someone to ask to bring out our coffee and it was cold. Food was cold and burnt. When we asked about compensation since we didn’t get our coffee and the food was not edible, the server argued with us and said we had to pay or she would call the cops. There was no manager we could talk to about the terrible service. Worst dining experience I have ever had.
Don’t waste your time. We went the server was nice. The free appetizer was tiny, the reg crab cakes we paid for tasted like paste and were the size of half a donut hole. They used iceberg cheap watery nasty lettuce for everything. Garnish, salad, it looked and tasted of Failure. Then we said we were leaving, asked for the bill. And suddenly they had our main course ready. Watery mash potatoes, poorly seasoned steak, and questionable shrimp. The lobster was the only thing that tasted good. Save yourself and go next door to The Place. We tossed our food and went there for a much better meal.

Awful. Avoid the Pershing. The restaurant and bathrooms are dirty. The food is horrible and overpriced. Their $25 cocktails are ridiculously oversized, yet completely watered down. They try to lure people in with specials on food and drinks…do not be fooled. The specials are applicable per person; not per group. You’ll end up paying much more than you could have possibly imagined for crappy gas station quality food and watered down drinks. Choose one of the many other restaurants on the drive; you’ll probably have a much better experience.
