Location is great, but the rest of our experience was poor. The food was okay, but not what we’d come to expect from The Sugar Factory chain. Service at this location was slow and cold. They do not have washrooms, we were directed to use the facilities of the hotel they are in, which are behind locked doors for hotel guest cardholders only. Overpriced for the quality of the food. The Lincoln Road location is much better.
Having first come across Sugar Factory in New York, I knew what to expect but the Miami location is so much larger and has a completely different vibe. I suppose that is to be expected when you’re located on Ocean Drive among loud, brash restaurants and nightclubs.We just popped in to grab some sweets. They offer a pick your own selection where you fill up a bag and weigh and pay. Didn’t really see the price advertised but three little sample bags ended up costing US$6.
Sweet sweet sweet stop. . This is for all you sweet tooth’s out there. A not for me stop. Store is cleans and the staff are fabulous. Nice place for dessert
Staff are nice drinks are fine the design of drinks and glasses is attractive a lot so I think the reputation didn’t try food so cannot judge
The concept of this place is one of my dreams. I wanted to buy every single stuff in the entire store. Fortunately, one my friends prevented me to spend hundreds of dollars there.
Had tried Sugar Factory in Vegas so when walking down Ocean Dr whilst visiting Miami it was the only place that appealed when compared to the other options. We were there around 5pm so it was relatively quiet. We went there only for dessert and dessert we got! The prices are inflated but it was expected given the location. The service was pretty good. The servings were huge – the music playing was fantastic great place to sit and just people watch.
THE FOOD IS GREAT, THE DRINKS ARE OK, BUT THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! THE SERVER WAS THE WORST… SHE DIDNT CARE ABOUT HER SERVICE AND NEITHER DID THE MANAGER! PLEASE DONT COME HERE… I MEAN UNLESS YOU LIKE BAD SERVICE???
