Heaven Sent Chefs. Arlines restaurant is hands down the best I mean the best soul&seafood restaurant I’ve ever eaten from, My best friend and I were riding and I said man we gotta eat so we were trying to figure out where we were going to eat and he said gee man I know this place that will change your life because that food is so good lol I said yea right he said gee I promise if you don’t love it not like it but love it man I’ll give you your money back, well he didn’t have to give me my money back because it was everything he said it was, to the arline staff I wish you guys miracles and blessings and I pray that god places it on everyone’s heart that settles for nothing but the best food for their tummys to pay arlines soul& seafood restaurant a visit, keep cooking that food with love…God bless
This is the first time in my life that hear of a restaurant with my name on it I had to try it I what as enjoyable as I am you must try my corn bread don’t forget my girt the restaurant is has clean as I am ps I cant wait to try it from I how they have a huge couch like me
Good soul food. I read the reviews & almost chose not to try this place. So glad I tried it because I had a wonderful dining experience at Arline’s. My waitress was so nice until I gave her a 30% tip. Give it a try. The fried conch, fried catfish and veggies are delicious.
Terrible Customer Service. Terrible customer service, its the difference between making money or loosing money. In this case they lost because, i will not spend my money there again. Sorry for Ms. Arline.
Response. You’re right the customer service satification there is uninviting and she should have been fired family or not. I stopped going there a long time ago. And the food is not all that great either.
Hostel Environment. Question to all concerned, Have you ever been to a resturant and the waitress gets your order wrong, and when you question the mistake you are meet with such disrespect, vulgar language and confrontation, I’m 49yrs old and i have never been called a whore in my entire life, this young waitress insulted me to the fullest, and to the black owner Ms. Arline. I called to speak with Ms. Arline and to get the waitress name but, i was meet again with disrespect, and to my surprise from the person on the other end of the call that, the waitress is her niece and she could not give me her name. This is why you don’t hire family because they embrass your name and company and you can’t or won’t fire them. This is why it was so easy for her to conduct herself in this matter because she’s family and she don’t give a DAM, she acted just like a HOOD RAT. If she did gave a DAM customers are always RIGHT. In the real world she would have been fired on the SPOT. This was my exprience today (2/20/14), in this black owned establishment, Arlines. I will NEVER patronize this business again as i have been a patrone for at least 2yrs. It is clear to me by calling tomorrow to speak to Ms. Arline is clearly a waste of time. If you think you deserve better when you spend your hard earned money don’t go there, the enviornment there is HOSTEL.
I love the Chicken an waffles that’s the only thing I eat every time I visit there.
