Horrible takeout service. Just left the restaurant and ordered take out food for the kids. When I got home the rice was spilled out of the container, and had no churrasco in it at all. I live about 30 minutes away and to go back for their negligence its ridiculous. Not happy at all!!!!
It was really good. I ordered my dad a tenderloin not on the menu. It was a little expensive but well worth the price. The flavor of everything we ate was on point.
Can’t Decide on First Try. This place was strongly recommended but I think I ordered the wrong thing. I visited with two other co-workers. They had the Tenderloin Tips With Jalapeo Sauce, I had the Chicken Breast in White Sauce. The White Sauce had an awkward taste. I asked for veggies, was served a nice mixture but they were microwaved and therefore dried out and mushy – very disappointing. The Tips with Jalapeo Sauce were decent. We visited during lunch for their Executive Lunch specials. There seemed to be too many staff doing too many things that usually a server would do – kind of a waste, not that fancy of a place. However, the service received was good.The decorations are a bit too much – seems a lot of money went into the buildout of this restaurant. The roof on the inside seems big enough to cover a whole house. Will give it a second try to decide if I like el Novillo.
Ecxelent!!!. I have never been disappointed with the food or the service here. We’ve gone for regular dinners, holidays,and special events like baby showers etc.The service, up to now, has always been good. Attentive and helpful.

Condescending. My husband and I went a few months ago on a Thursday night. My husband is a major appliance technician and wears a uniform. When we entered, the hostess gave us a horrible look, I guess based on my husband’s appearance. Not to sound rude, but my husband probably makes more in an hour than she makes in a day. She sat us in a corner next to the kitchen door opening. The service was mediocre, the waitress had a hard time speaking the English language. The adolescent who brought the water was attentive at best. Food was alright. Bottom line, looks can be deceiving, and because of the snotty attitude of minimum wage immigrants, we will not be returning.
El Novillo is GREAT!!. Fabulous food and, even better service. Very friendly staff and a welcoming and relaxing ambiance. It’s a great restaurant, and I would recommend it to anybody.
