i have had 2 bad experiences. First time i ordered a cake for my daughter birthday ‘ i choose one design they have there , when i pick up the cake was very different, i make a claim, but is a latin business (customer never have the reason) after lot of arguments they fix little bit the cake. I comeback for New Year, and ordered a rum cake for my wife birthday. The cake result too salty (never have taste something alike). Same experience, i was wrong ,the salty taste is a rum property (according to them) . But the worse part is that they dont know how to treat customer. They dont have an idea of what its an apology or at least just a sorry. Never comeback to this place.
