I LOVE MI FONDITA!. You cant beat the lunch special at Mi Fondita. The service is wonderful and I love that they have a family feel to the restaurant. The food is delicious and served with a smile.
They serve so little food and the quality is low, old food and dry!. I ordered a bandeja paisa on a Tuesday evening. when I got home to open the plate the piece of meat was the size of my credit card receipt and im talking about length and thickness… what a rip off! she offer to exchange it but who wants to go back to a restaurant after being working all day and hungry, this was so upsetting. I am never ordering food from them again. and this is the second time it happens to me the first time was with a Sancocho it was all water down and flavorless too… bad cook!
I went the other day and it was empty apparently the people who work there don’t want business because i wasn’t greeted and it was a bit dirty. I ordered some food and it was cold. Not a good experience there. I love colombian food but this was very low quality service and food. don’t recommend.
Amazing food, friendly staff!. My boyfriend and I were in Miami for the Ultra Music Festival recently. One day before the festival we decided to find an authentic cuban/columbian restaurant. We couldn’t find the restaurant we intended to go to, but we stumbled upon Mi Fondita. It’s only a tiny place but it’s very welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend got the shortrib soup and it was wonderfully flavorful. I got the grilled tilapia and it was perfectly done. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat. The only problem I had with my experience there is that I got too full to eat more. Highly recommended!
