Excellent food. Not full of oil and msg. Best Chinese food I think I’ve had in south Florida. The owner and his family are extremely nice and really care about their business. It shows in their food. Highly recommend.

NEIGHBORHOOD GEM. Hidden in the little Country Club Shopping Center is my favorite Chinese restaurant which I have been going for years. The food quality and service are superb and prices are reasonable. As an Asian, I love the traditional Chinese menu selection. My mother is extremely picky about her Chinese food and she always insist that I get her Chinese food from there. I highly recommend it to friends and family.

China Pearl in the rough!. Dim Sum in Hialeah?! What a delight and surprise to discover this pearl in an unassuming strip mall that I’ve been to on several occasions but never noticed. Went with a friend and the selection of eight Dim Sum items that we sampled were delicious and priced just right. The service was friendly and efficient. I look forward to going again. Good job Ming Village!

Best Chinese Food in Miami. I think we must pass 10 different Chinese Restaurants on the way to Ming Village. It is the freshest, tastiest, most delicious in all of Miami. The employees are also very welcoming and take time to answer your questions. They also go out of their way to accomodate any specific needs you may have. I love their food, I think I have tried most of the items on their menu. I have been going there since they opened and plan on going there for as long as they allow me in.

Best Authentic Dim Sum and Chinese Food at Small Price. MIng Village is located in an ordinary strip mall but the food and the owner, Ming, make all that disappear. My family and I have eaten at Ming Village since it opened about 10 years ago. From our first visit the owner was very welcoming addressing diners by their first name and visiting each table. Dim Sum was difficult to find back then but today, even with other restaurants serving the little morsels, we keep coming back to Ming Village. Our favorite dishes are the dim sim -sui mei, stuffed eggplant, leek cake , duck, kung pao chicken, chicken wings, and squid salt pepper. These dishes are always well flavored and never fail to satisfy us. One of the reasons my family loves Mings Village is because it serves authentic Chinese food alongside other Americanized dishes. About a year ago, we had occasion to be down on Bird Rd / 826 at dinner time and decided to go to that other very famous dim sum restaurant. That dinner visit concreted our love for Ming’s Village with it’s better tasting food, larger portions, and tinier pricing. Most of the servers have worked at MIng Village for years and more often than not, Ming seems to be able to find workers fluent in not just Chinese but also Spanish and English all rolled into one. We never have the communication problem that’s common in many Chinese restaurants. Lunch at Ming Village is today’s biggest bargain. A lunch combo can be had for under $5.00 and is enough for 2. This is a much better deal than a fast food meal. When we’re home and tired BUT hungry, Ming Village delivery is our first choice.
