I’m going to start by saying that me and my wife and daughters are big fans of Outback and have never experienced horrible service until we came to this one while here on vacation from Central Florida. The waitress who served us on 03/08/19 was a African American or Haitian female short in statue with very long braids hanging down her back . She was rude from beginning to end and it all started when my daughters asked for extra bread , this is when she pretended not to hear them and when she brought it back to the table she sat it on the edge of the table and walked off. Secondly, when she brought my steak out I asked for A1 Sauce and she looked at me like I committed a sin and later came back with it but acted as if we were a bother to her. Lastly my Daughter’s asked for to go boxes in which she brought to them and rudely sat them on the edge of the table in which I had to grab them to stop them from falling. I am a full-time law Enforcement officer and my wife is a family practitioner and we believe in treating people accordingly never mistreating any because or race etc. and I will end by saying that we have always left $50.00 tips to worthy waitresses but she didnt deserve 1 cent along with that I dont give many reviews but this was the worst experience me and my family have ever experienced at one of our favorite restaurants and it’s sad to say I will never enter this place again or recommend any of my friends. Filet Mignon. Perfection
Pleasant surprise. I was shocked at how much this restaurant had changed since my last experience in 2012. The waitress was amazing, friendly, courteous and attentive. The food was excellent. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, the brocolli was delicious as well as the mash potatoes. We also had the all you can eat shrimp both battered and garlic her done just right. In addition we ordered 2 monitor classics, a dos x and coffee. I was shocked at how great everything was. 1 small hiccup….they forgot my extra cream for my coffee but other than that 5 stars.
Slooooww service & food was mediocre at best. Won’t be back. Don’t even try the coconut shrimp- yuck!

We gave up. After many years we finally gave up. It is a shame because it is close to home, unfortunately their steaks have gotten tough and the food seems way too salty (especially the appetizers). What can I say? I just hope they read this review.
