Nobody took our orders. Casual Sunday, I decided to go to ruby Tuesday the one in Miami lakes, the greeter took us to our table and then we waited an hour or so, when I asked what was going on, they had forgotten we were there.
Terrible food, terrible smell in the building. Terrible service. This Ruby Tuesdays should be shut down and allow room for another restaurant to take its place.
Odd smell. I’ve never had Ruby Tuesday before…and possibly will never again. My boyfriend and I went as a date and there was this weird smell we couldn’t put our finger on at the time. We got our food…steak and stuff…and as I’m eating…it tastes like I licked a condom! We thought it was just in my head. Dinner went on…and I tasted it again. After leaving…Oh service was okay..it was packed…but after leaving, I forgot to use the bathroom. I walk back into the restaurant…the smell got stronger! Not eating there again. I don’t feel like tasting rubber with my food.
Too pricey. The food is alright, but I can’t get over how pricey everything is. If you order an appetizer, two entrees, and a dessert, the bill comes out to close to $40. That’s ridiculous in my opinion. The service is usually very nice, but please. Barely come here.
The best place for steak and shulas is in Miami lakes. The service rivals that oh 5 star resturant but the feel of a neighborhood cheers would recommend to anyone thankyou ruby tuesday
Great place to eat.. We have lived and eaten in Miami Lakes for 20 years. Ruby Tuesday is the best. Food quality excellent; Service supurb. Prices moderate. Couldn’t ask for more.
We didn’t get acknowledged until thirty minutes after being seated. By then, I was so hungry I just ordered the salad bar. It was basically empty. Hardly any more lettuce left, an we were there for quite some time and it never got refilled. The potato salad at the salad bar tasted spoiled. I would recommend Ruby Tuesday at any other location though. Very dissapointing birthday dinner.
