Breakfast was horrible! The food was very greasy and I had to send back the hash browns because they were undercook. Took a while before someone took our order and that’s because the bus boy asked if we were helped already. Service was horrible. The bus boy was more attentive then the waitresses. He should be running the place. A waitress even said something to him because he was doing her job.
Great down home atmosphere and food!. I eat at Ranch House at least once a week, usually breakfast; but, sometimes get the evening special dinners. Both diners and help are friendly. Service is almost always good; but, once in a while it does become overwhelmingly busy. There used to be more Ranch House Restaurants in Hialeah; but, I think this is the only one left; and I’m glad it’s still here!
I’ve ate at this location several times, it’s just okay food. It’s not a very clean all around & the service can be not pleasant at times. I keep coming back because there are not many options in Miami Lakes that aren’t fast food, but I don’t think I’ll be back after my last experience.
I’m shocked a place this bad stays open.
It’s ok. The food is alright, nothing to be desired. Perhaps breakfast may be better? Usually get grilled cheese or something. The place is filled with older people, so I feel a bit out of place being a youngster. They should try appealing to younger people. Just my opinion.

Ranch House is the warmest, friendliest, and most inviting place at 6:00am in the area. The servers are friendly, the food is good, and the coffee is fresh. They have a great hamburger amongst other lunch specials and dinners are amazing thanks to Nestor, the evening chef. The patrons enjoy the company of fellow locals many of whom have been frequenting Ranch House for decades. One of my favorite places to be!
