Hits the spot. These posters must work for some other japanese sushi outlet or just want to bring down the place. I don’t work for any food chain, live in Miami shores and have ordered from or eaten at Iron Sushi. It’s not gourmet OK, it’s just straightforward basic japanese sushi at very reasonable prices. My family consumes from them about twice a month and have always had a good experience,
Absolutely unacceptable!!!!!. I had to call twice to order as they left me hanging on the phone while taking other orders & forgot me. Hearing patrons in the background is ridiculous. Get a business phone to place customers on Hold!! I ordered for delivery. I live a whole 2 blocks from Iron Sushi and it took over an hour & they forgot one of the meals. I called immediately & they wanted me to take a verbal credit. I told them my son was hungry & wanted his food. The fries I ordered were cold and burnt. Another hour later, and still no food for my son. I called & again had the pleasure of hearing others in the background. When they finally picked the phone back up they said it was coming. I was given the excuse that it was busy & bla, bla, bla. Apparently they honor in-house patrons 1st, despite charging an additional fee for delivery. I could have ordered from Boca and gotten the food quicker! If this place has a manager, he should be fired!!! Very unprofessional & poor management. Shame on this Iron Sushi. If you are hungry, you better Not hold your breath waiting for delivery. Food is mediocre at best. More like a fast food place that doesn’t know the meaning of the word fast. There was no offer of compensation to make amends either. Customer relations is non-existent here.

After one hour and 20 minutes called in and they said they were too busy to deliver as other customers are more important. When I talked to the chef he didnt care and said another hour or more. After I cancel order they didnt even bothered to apologize and were actually laughing on the phone. Will never order from them again…and actually not sure why I order before since the sushi is low quality anyways.
