Basilico has 2 locations (Doral and Virginia Gardens) which are relatively close. They offer Northern Italian inspired dishes. It has a sober decoration and the place is usually packed. Food is delicious and portions are very large, so if you want to eat pasta at an authentic Italian restaurant, no pretensions at all, you need to pay it a visit. miamismith.com
The food is GREAT!!! The decoration and ambient in general is good even if you go with kids… BUT… It is a shame to have so terrible service, from the manager until the last waiter where moody and enoyed that they have to serve… I will go back just for the food but keeping in mind the bad service so I don’t get disappointed.
