Worst service/ el peor servicio. I went for a juice and they charged me twice. One for the juice I bought and a the second for another costumer’s purchase. They did not tell me this and I found out the next day by looking at my bank account. I went again to get my money back, and even though the waitress admitted her mistake, the manager did not want to do anything about it, and treated me with the worst attitude. In the end, I had to cancel the transaction with my bank. With this bad costumer service this place just lost me as a customer, lost the money for the transaction, and won a bad review!

Felt like home. The most attentive staff of all the places that I visited in Miami. The hostess (owner) checked on me several times while I was dining as did my waitress. Both ensured that my water glass was always full. They made the experience very comfortable and personal. I had the fried pork which was a huge portion with the sides, particularly considering the low price. It has a nice mom and pop diner kind of vibe. High on my list for a repeat.
SHUT IT DOWN. The only thing as nasty as people that work here… is the food they serve! Picadillo…. was white it was so old. Stale rice… stale tostones…. More of a science project for bacteria than a restaurant!
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. I used to be a loyal customer there. I would go in everyday until I started noticing the nastiness and rudness of the employees. The food has gotten worse, stale, dry tasteless food. The owners HECTOR GONZALEZ, DIMAS MORENO, JOSE MORENO, & ROSALINA BONILLA should be ashamed of what this location has become. They should get rid of all the employees working their and start fresh. This was the worse breakfast of my life. If they do this to someone who goes there allthe time, I could imagine what they do to other customers. On a scale of 1 to 10, this place is a negative 100.
Worst Service ever/Really bad food. So, I decided to get some breakfast from these people this morning and let me tell you that it was the worst experience ever. My boyfriend orders 2 breakfast, how we always order ins other places, scrambled eggs with ham, bacon, bread and cafe con leche. First of all, they took about 1hr to bring in the food. Once we got to the house to eat, we open it only to find that we got nothing of what we ordered. The food was stale and nasty, the bacon was harder then a rock, the threw the ham however in the plate, and the bread was so hard and nasty I almost broke a tooth. So, I called to let them know that their food was gross and the lady tells me off and hangs up. I show up to the place with my boyfriend and before we could evern walk in through the door 6 of the waitresses walk out, we hand them the food and they threw the money at my boyfriends face. I really didn’t want no problems so early in the morning so I told them off, got in the car and right before we left they flicked us off and called us really bad names and walked in. Listen, I’ve eaten in a lot of places and none of them were as bad as this place. So therefore, to save you guys some time don’t even consider eating in this place. You will regret it. If I could give it a rating on a scale of 1 to 10, I would most definetly give it a rating of -0.
