Contact Help. Good afternoon yesterday Sunday January 4, 2015, I was in the restaurant La Pausa eating about 4-7 pm. I went on the flight Aeromexico 413 and my little daughter forgot a bag in the restaurant ….. can you help me to get the phone of that restaurant? The phone is in internet no answer or say has changed.It has no economic value, we care about the sentimental value and concern of my daughter who is only 9 years.I await your response and thank you.RegardsJos Carlos [email protected]
I went to La Pausa with my husband and two friends. We were looking for a place to eat a meal and watch the USA vs Belgium soccer game. The service was awful. The manager (we think) sat us, and took our drink orders. It took fifteen minutes to get 2 diet cokes, 1 coke, and a water. First, two glasses given to us had major cracks in them – we sent them back. Next, all 3 pops were totally flat with no carbonation – we also sent those back. Finally, we got semi-carbonated soda after the server went to the restaurant next door to fill em up. Our food arrived and was mediocre at best… and far too expensive. Our server left the area completely and began talking with other restaurants in the food court. When we finally asked another server for our check, a15% gratuity was automatically added to our bill and the four of us ate a terrible meal for $80. Furthermore, the staff continued to make flat sodas and serve them to customers despite knowing the machine wasn’t working. If you are in a hurry, want good service, or hell, even a Coke – you’re better off with anything else in the airport. Awful.
Rude staff. My wife and I tried to eat lunch here at 10:45am on Sunday, 19 January 2014 and wanted to sit at a table in the back of the restaurant. The waitress rudely told us that there were seats in the front area (bar type area) and that the back was closed. There were no other customers in the area when we arrived. Needless to say we left because there is no need to give your business to anyone who is not glad to see you walk in! Behavior such as this will guarantee that your business will decline.
