This is place uniquely specialized on Grilled Sandwiches, traditionally American. I ordered the Turkey Sandwich and it was delicious; placed on the grill with an exact amount of oil and butter to not make this plate a greasy one. The menu is simple and direct (without complication); sides are separate in order to maintain versatility in price and amounts. They dispose a modest selection of beer (Not too much wines). The place is youthful and casual, good music, and even though it would seem rather informal, it could easily be part of a more formal plan. miamismith.com
I’ve been there several times now after a friend recommended it. I LIVE for grilled cheese, especially dressed up and fancy types, not your typical garbage Kraft cheese slice sandwich. The Bacon and Bleu is probably my favorite, but I also destroyed the Mac and cheese grilled cheese. I can’t wait to go back and try even more things. I also love their beer selection that washes down the sandwiches perfectly. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves gourmet grilled cheese for an insanely reasonable price. Same goes for their beer.

Perfect Combination: Fairchild Gardens and a Good Sandwich. I do hope the truck comes to Fairchild again, as it was for TEDx. The bacon was crisp and the bread was beautifully grilled on hubby’s sandwich. My waffles and chicken special was decadent and homey at the same time. The star of the show was the grilled goat cheese and prosciutto with perfectly ripe tomatoes. Definitely going back for the dessert sandwich.

Ms. Cheezious is one of the best food trucks in Miami!! they have several grilled cheese offerings such as a bacon and blue cheese, Ricotta cheese and orange marmalade w/ a chocolate dipping sauce, a crab salad and sharp cheddar and my favorite…the Grilled Harvest which is spiced apple and havarti cheese grilled to perfection on a multi-grain bread. The everything on the menu is $8 or less and they really pile on the cheese. Great food truck…check it out or follow on Facebook and them down for lunch or dinner sometime!! Happy Eats!!
Cheesy Goodness. If you are looking for something a little different for lunch, you have to try Ms. Cheezious in Miami! Their food is delicious. A must when you visit is anything with the apples. They had a slight sprinkle of cinnamon and were baked to a deliciously soft consistency. The perfect sweet/savory combination.
