Sorry customer service. They f-ed up my simple order and when I called them to to tell them about my missing item, they wanted to charge me for the item…. again! Really!!!!
Avoid. Order sweet and sour pork for take out. Wait seemed a bit long but arrived. When home the meal was inedible! There were 30 +/- ‘chicken nugget’ type things. At the core was a piece of pork resembling junk food. This was surrounded by twice its size of batter soaked in grease! Then there was a capped container of ‘sauce’ with four small pieces of pineapple, which one assumes is the sweet. We threw it out. If you must eat there, think twice about sweet and sour pork.
Great Portions!. Was staying at the nearby hotel and they recommended the place. The place looks questionable from the outside, but once you get inside, it’s pretty decent. The food portions were a healthy size and very flavorful! I ordered the Rice Noodle Singapore cuz the picture looked yummy and boy I was NOT disappointed! My friend order this combo that came with ribs and chicken wings and rice, it was a plateful of food to say the least. Definitely a nice little spot to dine in if you have a hearty appetite!
Surprisingly big portions. Been driving by this place for years but never really stopped in, but one day it was raining and me and my Beau was starving like Marvin! Came in, looked pretty decent for a non chain restaurant, I was kinda skeptical at first cuz it was empty for a weeknight but I was in for a surprise, the food was hot, fresh and pretty tasty! Service ain’t the best, but the food makes up for it! Gotta try the General Chicken or the Szechuan Chicken, it just has this sweet taste with a kick to it! Will definitely stop by again next time I’m in the airport area. It’s like one of those hidden gems that probably only the locals know about. . .
The ping house is the best resturant in miami springs . I personaly work there everythings fresh and now we have English speakers so no more complaints from non understanding customers !! I love every single dish they make and were a family at the ping house not just some resturant .
BEST HOT & SOUR SOUP. I normally dont like hot and sour soup because its too bland. But someone told me to try the pings house hot and sour soup and i have to say it is by far the BEST soup i had. Its rich in flavor and the best part of it, its fresh 😉
3 Strikes- Customer Service, Food & Atmosphere. Our group stopped by the Ping House on our overnight stay at the Comfort Inn next door. I love Chinese and typically the best chinese is at small establishments like this. However, I was incorrect on this occassion. We ate there for lunch and the food was mediocre and the wait staff incorrectly totalled my bill twice. Each time the bill increased by $3. I was rather calm the first time and even joked around with the waitress. The second time it was $6 more then the original and when I questioned the increase she became frustrated with me. Another friend was charged for a drink incorrectly and overall our crew did not enjoy our experience- food, customer service, the atmosphere. If you are looking for a restaurant close by or fast food there are a few spots further down Doral. We did go to Outback not to far from the hotel and we enjoyed it. Our group was big but the wait was not long, service was great and the food was wonderful.
