I seem to keep ordering from these people but man are they bad. Seems like every time I order, something is wrong or missing. The home fries that come included in your breakfast meal taste like they’ve been sitting in a freezer for months. Not to mention your delivery will take upwards of an hour, every time. If your paying with cash make sure you have exact change because the delivery driver does not carry cash and will be mad at you for not bringing her exact change… I just found out Sergio’s and riconcito are nearby, I will move my business to those sites.

Horrible Service, Never Again!. I have been to this restaurant a few times in person and it was pretty good. But I am extrememely upset today because I tried placing an order. I called about 15 times and each time either got hung up on or placed on a never ending hold. The guy that answers the phone is very rude. He has no type of customer service. The last time I called after being placed on hold forever I placed my final call. The guy answered and told me to hold. I told him that I had called about 15 times and could no longer be placed on hold. He then told me well I am busy so call back later then. And he hung up on me. I will never give this place any of my money or business again. They need to hire someone to take delivery orders or not do phone delivery orders at all, and secondly they need to learn how to treat customers which are the people that hold value to their jobs.
Great food bad service. I order from here periodically, at least once a week. the food is always good if they get the order right but the gentleman who takes your order over the phone is always rude and short. a little customer service wouldnt kill them. glad my food get delivered, cant imagine having to deal with the staff in person.
Good Breakfast & Lunch. Our Employee frequent quite often for both breakfast and Lunch and have never had a bad experience, They’re sandwhiches are great especially the Club Sandwiches. It’s a good place for a quick meal while on the go!!!
Sick again. It seems every time i order something happens.. well today the soup made me so sick and i am tired of complaining.. nothing changes there..i will just never order there again.. and i will tell all my associates
