Great Pizza. Siamo is a small pizza restaurant 307 N. Royal Poinciana Dr in Miami Springs. Parking is very limited. About counter and table for 10 inside. Nice outside eating area. They only make 2 pizzas at a time because the oven is small. Consequently, the wait time can be 40 minutes or longer depending on how busy they are. First visit was about a year ago and because the sausage was so bad, we did not go back. Tried it again recently and the sausage has improved so much that I now count this as one of the top 2 pizza places in South Florida. Crust is very thin. They only make one size pizza. Cheese is great, sauce is great, but some would say they don’t put enough sauce on the pizza. I disagree with this as I think the amount of sauce is perfect. My partner always has pepperoni and he says it is teriffic, except he would like more sauce.
