Not Worth it!. If I could put zero stars I would. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! My husband and I have been working in the service industry for over 10 years and we have never experienced such poor treatment. We took a few bites of an entree and it was too spicy, (we ordered mild) so we asked if we could have something more mild since I was pregnant and I had a small toddler who couldn’t take the heat. They told us that they would have to charge us again for making a new plate of food. We said neverrmind that we just didn’t want it and they took the plate of food back to the kitchen (we had barley even touched it) and they brought us the bill and charged us for it. When we spoke to the owner he proceeded to insult us and tell us that we didn’t understand Thai food and that he didn’t need our business and so forth. We have been to a lot of Thai restaurants in Miami and out of state, so are very familiar. I don’t care how good people rave the food is….there are so many good Thai restaurants out there with really great service.
I’ve been there several times and there’s been a definite decline in the quality. The sushi doesn’t taste very good and service is just average.I live in the neighborhood and it is not worth the convenience.
Not worth it. Very bad service and the food is nothing to brag about02 May, 2012Terrible service & below average food. Not worth the long wait and below average food. The owner / manager suggested that I find a different waiter when I asked for a refill on my water.
Food was pretty good and reasonably priced. Service…horrible!!! Looks as though they do a lot of call in orders. Be prepared to wait for everything!!!! Try not to use the restroom…good view of the kitchen, oops!
Beats all sushi places in a 20 mile radius. I’ve tried and always find myself going back. The owner Mony is funny and gracious and the food is made to order and is always fresh. Never had a bad experience with the quality of food
It’s not closed!. It’s open and delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best combination of fish and veggies in rolls I have ever seen!! Thai food is good, too 🙂
Good food for reasonable prices. Had a dragon roll and tuna tataki, and both were absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back for more.If you can, sit at the bar. Owner/Chef Mini is a gracious host and you will certainly enjoy your meals
