An Oaisis in a desert of decay. We found ourselves at a hotel near the Miami airport in an area we felt was less than savory. A short walk from the hotel found us at the doorstep of Tom’s. Once inside we were pleasantly surprised. The decor is sporty and comfortable with nice booths and tables and walls plastered with sports memorabilia and live tv of current sports shows. We were promptly greeted by Dave and soon had a couple of drinks and chose to share a jerk chicken skewer dinner. We found Dave and the service very pleasant and attentive and the food very good. They have a great selection of draft and bottled beers including some excellent local brews. We would recommend Tom’s as probably the best option in the area and in a better locale with many other restaurants it would and should be a real contender. A very positive experience!

The food is okay but the Service has been very slow both times I’ve been there. BE WARNED! The tip is already included in the bill. When the waitress brought my change back it was short $.55. Not a real big deal but you just don’t do that. There are plenty of alternatives in this part of town.

Customer service sucks. I went there on a wed night. i had the grilled wings and 2 beers. i would have had about 4 more but as other reviews said the bartenders were always chatting and took FOREVER to get a beer. I have been to bars twice as busy with half the staff and my glass never went empty.

Poor street appearance, great food!. I was hungry so i stopped at this place. The exterior looked terrible which led me to think that it was a poor place to eat, but there weren’t any better choices in the area since it was all foreign to me. I was PLEASANTLY surprised about how good the food was here! I had a burger, and it was great.

Absolutely fantastic. French onion soup is unbelievable! Wings are delicious. With a huge craft beer menu, you can’t go wrong! Little bar and grille with perfect atmosphere.

Great wings. If you like grilled wings, I highly recommend the Special Grill wings. These wings rival the grilled wings at Sports Grille. If you like trivia, they host a live trivia game on Wed nites with bar tabs given away to the 1st and 2nd place teams. I’ve only been there on Wed nites, but never seen anyone smoking at the bar/dining area.

Go for the Grilled Wings!!!. I used to frequent the Ale house down the street, but a buddy of mine raved about their famous wings so much I gave it a try and can definitely say they are the best I’ve ever had! Don’t stop there, the burger and French Onion soup are dynamite!! Good service, comfortable, and most of all, very reasonable. Tom’s is really similar to the bars I’m used to back in Chicago…..only cleaner
