Give it a try. This restaurant is under new management. The freshly made salsa and chorizo queso dip is great. The food is very authentic tasting. You will not be disappointed if you order a medium margarita. The menu has something for everyone.
Lunch Special 3 and Fajita Burrito. The special is a burrito, taco and enchilada.16 Oct, 2014Best place to eat in the area. The food was excellent. I’ve been to La Nopalera and many other Mexican Restaurants. I would have to say their food is some of the best I’ve ever had. As well the prices are the lowest I’ve ever seen and great service. The place definitely needs some remodeling but I was told that it was coming soon.
Very good, as the other reviews say, the cheese queso dip is awesome, has a little kick to it which adds to the flavor!I had the Burrito supreme, it was very good, a bit unlike a traditional burrito That’s stuffed to the gills with meat, beans and cheese.Lastly the flan is so creamy, not too sweet, very very good.
I never thought ID say this, but they have better caso dip then LA nap!03 Apr, 2013Their caso dip is better then LA napalera. Straight up shocked me.
The Best Mexican. This our favorite Mexican restaurant in greater Jax. The food is authentic Tex-Mex and is always consistently good. They have a sauce that makes every dish an adventure!
Love it. The white queso dip is fantastic and the chicken fajita burritos are amazing. Never had bad food or bad service, but have only ordered chicken based dishes.
Fantastic Food, Great Prices. Laredo’s Mexican Restaurant has become my FAVORITE Mexican restaurant. The quality of the food is always consistent (sometimes a problem with small restaurants), and of the highest quality. I eat there regularly with my mom, who’s a dyed-in-the-wool, true blue Mexican food fan, and this is her absolute favorite restaurant. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and the great food arrives quickly. Chips and salsa are free, and the place has a full liquor bar for those who wish to imbibe. If you go at lunchtime, you’ll get more food than you can possibly eat for about $6. Try the queso dip with chips,,,it’s the best I’ve ever had (and it beats the best restaurants I visited in San Antonio). I would HIGHLY recommend Laredo Restaurant to anyone who likes Mexican food, and maybe to a few who aren’t that wild about this type of cuisine. Those who don’t like Mexican food that much could become converts after they eat here.
