They charge for extra Arby’s sauce and that is the only reason I even like Arby’s. The one in pensacola does not charge so you can imagine my confusion and the customer service was fine until the sauce issue. After that she just wanted to argue about what fast food restaurants charge for sauce or do not. 25 cent for one of those tiny packets? They have lost it. I won’t be back!
