Bland… Go to Main Moon. This is the first time I decided to try Nims because it was slightly cheaper than Main Moon. We ordered over the phone, and picked up the food to eat at home. It is NOT worth it. The prices were very slightly different, the food is extremely bland, my husband had bones in his low mein, They don’t give you any fortune cookies (my sons favorite part of Chinese food), and didn’t offer any soy sauce or anything. all in all, a horrible experience.
Best Chinese in Town. While this isn’t the best Chinese food I’ve ever had, it’s definitely the best in the Milton/Pace area. We got the chicken and mushrooms and Kung Pao beef and rangoon. The vegetables were so fresh, especially the mushrooms were just succulent and delicious. Everything was pretty standard fare, but it just tasted better and fresher than anything else we’ve had in the area. This is now our go-to place for Chinese take-out. My first time in the owner was very pleasant and chatty and told me how they’ve been there for 23 years. The service has been good both times I’ve stopped in. The dining room was pretty full at dinner time for their buffet, but when I went at a slightly earlier time it was almost empty and I would not have touched the food on the buffet at that time as it looked like it had been sitting out.
Damn good take out. That’s for sure. Governors chicken is hard to beat and they actually make it spicy like it is supposed to be. Great spring rolls.

Best Chinese food in town. Nim’s has the best Chinese food in town. You really will not be disappointed. Usually they stop bringing out things 30 minutes before they close, but they will cook you anything you want that isn’t fresh on the buffet. The Nim family is also very hospitable and they know their customers well.
Ehhhh. I’ve eaten several times here for lunch and it has always been a disappointment. They have the best flavored sauces of all the Chinese restaurants in town, but whoever does their prep is costing them customers. The meat is cut with the grain and with gristle and bone in it, when cooked even if no gristle is in it it cooks to tough nubbins of meat that are unpleasant to eat. Ive been tempted to get their sauces and strain them over other places food, but for that trouble I may as well cook it myself.
