Ollie’s-Pensacola, FL. We were so excited about Ollie’s coming into Pensacola so tried them out for the first time tonite. What a disappointment! We ordered the pulled pork sandwich and had to send it back because it was dry as cardboard and too salty to eat. The kettle chips that came with the sandwich were not as fresh and crunchy as they should have been. The manager came over and offered to get us something else, so since we were rather anxious as to what might come out next, we ordered a hamburger and split it. The hamburger was definitely better! Our server did a good job and the manager was very accommodating but I don’t think we’ll go back until they get something going on back in the kitchen!
