Bad customer service. Group of 17 customers, sat down for dinner, ordered , orders came out one at a time with some orders coming out over two hours late, just prior of our group leaving. talked to management/owners about this and bill, was charged full amount for the very poor service provided. very disappointed with service will not ever eat there again, nor would i recommend bobalu’s southern cafe to any one !
Ate here after the swim around Key West and man did it hit the spot! Beer was cold and price was reasonable compared to other places in the Keys. Jodi was a rockstar server. I had the Grouper Reuben and it was fantastic. Large filet of grilled grouper and the flavor was awesome! This will be a must stop from here on out!
Terriable service and extremely bad pizza. Out of 50 times there this one was the worst.Took my friend who heard me talk numerous times about the pizza,it came out and was BLACK,we were outside when it arrived but cant believe waitress actually left it there took 5 minutes to get someone to get a fresh one then this one was SOOOOOOOOO unbelieveably oily i couldnt eat just terriable food experience then they didnt even give discount on bill !!!!!!!!! What has happened to this place ? i hear it sold so who knows but god it was bad
Food was great. They have vegetarian options that taste great. The resteraunt is family/kid friendly. The staff is outstanding as well. Look forward to eating here again.
Big Coppitt-DOG FRIENDLY! Thank U Marissa today for wonderful service & for bringing our dog lg bowl fresh water when we came in…so kind! Pizza was crazily delish as were green tomatos. Choc pie just perfect. Enjoyed ur friendly service & making sure we had everything we needed. We will b back!
GREAT Pizza. I have loved their pizza for years and last night’s choices more than lived up to my memory of their delicious, thin-crusted, pizza. We had the Doug and Deb’s favorite pies. One was red, shrimp, and bacon and the other was white, broccoli & sausage. Both were excellent. We started with the Conch Fritters which were probably the best I have had in the Conch Republic and the Buffalo Shrimp which were lightly breaded with just the right amount of sauce and kick. The server, Wendy, was more than accommodating, friendly, and expedient. They also were very dog friendly while we dined al fesco in their very nice courtyard out back.
Don’t pass this by…. We always make a special trip back up from KW during our stay to have lunch. I’m not creative at all so it’s a grouper sandwich and conch chowder. Both are killer. Definitely a funky little place but always good.
